Anita Sciberras B.Ed(Hons) PGDEAM was a primary school teacher for fifteen years.  She has been an Assistant Head of School since 2003 and is currently posted at Gozo College Sannat Primary School and Special Unit.

Ms. Denise Mifsud

Ms. Denise Mifsud graduated Bachelor of Education with First Class Honours from the University of Malta in 1999.  She further graduated with a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from the University of Leicester in July 2008. Ms. Mifsud currently teaches English language and literature at the Ninu Cremona Lyceum Complex, Victoria, Gozo.  Her very special thanks go to all those heads who participated in this study despite their very hectic schedules.

Mariella Cassar holds a degree as a Bachelor in Music Education and a Post Graduate Diploma in Administration and Management from the University of Malta.  In 2005 she was awarded the M.Phil (Music) from the Mediterranean Institute at the University of Malta.  Having been a regular student of composer Charles Camilleri, she decided to further her studies, in the UK, where is she currently reading for a PhD in musical composition at Dartington College of Arts.  She is currently an Education Officer of Music within the Directorate For Quality and Standards in Education, Education Department
